Essential Skills:
Responsibilities:
• BTech / BSc / BEng Mechanical Engineering.
• Professional registration with the Engineering Council of Namibia.
• A Valid driver’s licence.
• Minimum experience of 6 years in design and supervision of mechanical building services installations.
• Ability to produce functional and detail specifications for overall mechanical schemes and individual equipment packages.
• Excellent working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
• Knowledge of local codes and regulations.
• Experience in the testing and commissioning of mechanical building services.
• Ability to communicate in a fluent and positive manner in English.
• Conceptual and detail design.
• Construction supervision and project management.
• Successfully plan, organize, manage and control projects.
• Bid and tender preparation and submission.
• Overseeing production of CAD models to company standards.
