Duty Station: Emanya Lodge
Key Responsibility:• Describing places to people.
• Greeting tourists’ groups.
• Providing safety devises.
• Escorting groups of people on cruises.
• Providing directions to tourists.
Abilities and Skill Requirements:
• Being flexible and proactive.
• Having good presentation skills.
• Being enthusiastic and friendly.
• Having good verbal communication skills.
• Being able to interact with people from different backgrounds.
• Having multiple language skills.
• Being able to work with a team.
• Having time management skills.
Qualification and Experience Requirements:• Grade 12 (relevant tertiary qualification will be an added advantage)
• Must have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar position
• Any additional languages to English will be an advantage
• Must have a Driver’s License Code 10
• Knowledge of Etosha pan

Key Responsibility:• Manage day to day running of the lodge
• Control of equipment, Infrastructure and maintenance
• Overall management of staff and supervision
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Stock, Cash & budget control
Abilities and Skill Requirements:• Excellent management skills
• Excellent administration and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Able to work extensive hours
• Pleasant personality
• Ability to work accurately under pressure
• Able to pay attention to detail
• Thorough knowledge of all lodge operations

EXPERIENCE• Must be computer literate and have knowledge of Hotel Protel System
• Must have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of German / Italian will be an added advantage
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:• A minimum of Grade 12
• Diploma in Tourism will be an added advantage
