Key Outputs and Deliverables:
• Provide 1st level support on all Paratus Cloud services requests
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to server and desktop hardware and software infrastructure of Paratus
customers
• Provide 1st level support and troubleshooting of issues related to any other Paratus service or infrastructure used
by Paratus customers and escalate or delegate such issues to responsible technical staff
• Adhere to all customer SLA requirements
• Assist fellow system support staff with their duties as required to meet project deadlines and customer service
levels
• Assist installation teams with implementation of new customer IT infrastructure
• Provide after-hours technical support standby for all Paratus IT SLA customers
• For assigned Paratus SLA customers:
Understand how the customer’s IT environment meets the business needs of the customer
Proactively identify and mitigate risks and inefficiencies of customer IT environments and operations
Proactively monitor and maintain customer IT environments
Ensure that any changes made to customer IT environments adhere to Paratus standards, including those
made by other colleagues or 3rd parties
Accurately maintain documentation of IT environments
Advise customers in regards to their IT environment

Minimum qualifications required:
• MCSA Server 2012
• MCSA Windows 8
• A+, N+, CCNA or IT Diploma
• 6 years in IT support, 3 years implementing and maintaining server based platforms

Additional: Essential skills:
• Microsoft Server and active directory
• Microsoft Desktop
• High-end Server and Storage infrastructure
• TCP/IP networking
• MS Office fundamentals

Experience in the following would be an advantage:
• Apple Mac
• Firewalls and Information Security
• Enterprise Server and Storage solutions
• Linux of UNIX
