About

he Franco-Namibian Cultural Centre (FNCC) was created in 1991 by an agreement between the Governments of France and Namibia. In 2000, it moved to its current permanent location, a newly-constructed building financed by the French government and representing one of the most original and outstanding architectural landmarks of the Namibian capital. Its position in the heart of the city together with its dynamism constitute an essential tool and unique asset in terms of image and influence.
